Description:

This red is fresh, revealing aromas of white pepper, green bell pepper and a touch of mint. It shows a herbaceous character with a balancing amount of fruit flavors that complement the palate. Green bell pepper, spices and dried herbs blend with notes of berries and chocolate. The wine shows lively acidity and firm tannins to handle the flavors. It's slightly warm in the finish, but still very enjoyable. TASTING NOTES: Dark plums and blackberries with chili and spice-box undertones. Some dried flowers, too. Full-bodied with fine tannins. Fleshy texture in the mouth with joyful, rich and fruity character. More structured and spicy at the finish. Yet, all in balance and not overdone.
