Slightly woody, balanced. Delicately spicy and peppery with complex aromas of red and black fruits. Mondeuse is a typical Savoyard grape variety. Beautiful tight, elongated grapes, dark blue, almost black when ripe. Melting, juicy pulp with a sweet flavor and a little  astringency. Tasting: Colour, Nose, Mouth. Colour : Intense garnet. Nose : Delicately spicy and peppery. Complex aromas of red and black fruits (raspberries, blueberries and blackcurrants). Palate : Very balanced with peppery, fruity and vanilla tannins.
