Vallformosa Origen Brut Nature is a cava produced from a coupage of varieties: Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada which are grown from the oldest vines in the cava region. Tasting notes : On the palate it is broad, complex, fruity and balanced. Very dry. As it passes through the mouth it is tasty then it stretches into a fresh aftertaste leaving a pleasant and fruity finish. Yellow and straw-like in colour with green reflections, small bubbles and a white crown. Fresh and very fruity. Green apple, pear and pineapple aromas. Long notes of brioche and dry fruit after its aging time.
