Gerard Bertrand Genelis Languedoc Rose Bio 75cl

65 AED
Description:

Genelis is the fruit of a partnership with the Adissan cellar. It is a tribute to the amphora, which was the first container to carry in ancient Greek, and to the lily flower, the emblem of King Louis XIV, who was fond of the Cabrières’ terroir for its “vermeil” wines. The “Genelis Fecit” stamp was used to seal the amphoras. Pale pink color with bright reflections. The nose, intense, opens with notes of tangy berries and citrus fruits such as grapefruit and lemon. The attack is refreshing and creamy. Aromas of fresh fruits compose the finish. Serve at 12°C as an aperitif to pair with shellfish and meat or with vegetarian starters and grilled meats. It also goes perfectly with Italian dishes with tomato sauce.
