Specially selected parcels of Shiraz were co-fermented on skins with Viogner for 5-7 days to stabilize the colour, enhance aromas and bring a lift to the bright raspberry and mulberry flavors. The wine was gently pressed and aged on French and American oak for 10 months for velvety intergrated oak tannins. TASTING NOTES: Bright juicy and plush with satisfying layers of chocolate, cigar box and spice that entice you to come back for more. COLOR: Medium red with purple hues. AROMA: Complex spice, dark cherry and mulberry characters. PALATE: Juicy dark berries with subtle toasty oak and supple, smooth tannins.
