Colour is deep ruby with aromas of ripe red plum and black cherry with an undertone of cloves and a subtle smokiness. On the palate it is a full-bodied wine with a powerful upfront drinkability and flavours of black cherry, dates, black tea with a well textured mouthfeel and rich tannins. The wine is ready to drink now, but will mature well over the next five to ten years.
