Colour is deep ruby and has a fresh nose with aromas of ripe black plum, tomato leaf with elements of ginger biscuit and white pepper. On the palate it is a medium bodied wine with a touch of black plum and stewed fruit coupled with features of toasted coconut and charred wood. Well structured with good length. Ideal for drinking now but will gain character and complexity with the correct cellaring.
