The different varieties were all treated separately to enhance their individual characteristics and respect the fruit. Tank fermented with temperature control allows the ferment to remain cool and healthy, optimising aromatics and freshness. After a few months settling, the batches are blended to create this classic SBS blend. COLOUR: Clear straw. NOSE: Fresh and fragrant with hints of tropical stone fruits, melon and passionfruit. PALATE: Crunchy green apple, pear, lychee and grapefruit. Finishing long, crisp and clean and will leave you salivating for more.
