Shiraz grapes from our organic vineyard were harvested in the cooler months. Individual batches were cool fermented on skins to maximise varietal aroma, The wine completed malolactic fermentation on oak staves to maximise integration and length, was blended and bottled. TASTING NOTES: Luscious dark berries and heart-warming winter spices are framed by toasty oak and smooth silky tannins. COLOUR: Mid crimson with a purple edge. AROMA: Ripe juicy raspberries with a touch of white pepper and dark toasty oak. PALATE: Juicy raspberry, rhubarb and dark berries, coffee and anise and soft, smooth tannins.
