Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes from our organic vineyard were harvested in the cooler months. Individual batches were cool fermented on skins to maximise varietal aroma, The wine completed malolactic fermentation on oak staves to maximise integration and length, was blended and bottled. TASTING NOTES: Inviting blackberries with subtle herbal notes are rounded out by an underlying spicy oak and velvety soft tannins. COLOUR: Medium red. AROMA: Blackcurrant and blackberry with cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg oak spices. PALATE: Dark berry fruits with a touch of spice and soft velvety tannins on the finish.
