Single vineyard Chardonnay located in Harvey was harvested in the cool of night and pressed in early hours of the morning. Fermented in stainless stell tanks and left on yeast lees through maturation. COLOUR: Deep straw with faint green edge. NOSE: Wafts of butter and baked biscuit, vanilla and almonds. PALATE: Dry, soft natural acidity supports a silky textured wine with vanilla and butter biscuit coming through to the finish. CELLARING: Drink over next 5 years.
