Fruity Verdelho and the mineral Viosinho grapes combined from the sands of Fernando Pó
Pressing of crushed grapes followed by a must defecation of 24h; Fermentation in stainless steel vats, inoculated with LSA and temperature control. The entire process takes care to minimize oxidation.
